- Axel is staying with his Uncle who is a former toy inventor and current toy repairman. While playing with a collectors toy he breaks it. Going into his Uncles workshop he finds his uncles secret lab and some power bands. He releases the evil toy, Madcap who starts to smash everything. He discovers the power bands turn him into an action figure.
